SHIPPING
Where do you ship? — United States and United Kingdom (also Australia and other countries; see our Shipping Policy for rates).
How much is shipping? — Free to the UK.
When will my order ship? — Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday ship the same business day; otherwise the next business day.
How long does delivery take? — 6 to 14 business days after dispatch, with DHL eCommerce.
How do I track my order? — Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or enter your order number at thezerocushion.com/apps/bestrack.
Can I change or cancel my order? — Within 24 hours of placing it: email cs@thezerocushion.com with your order number.
RETURNS AND GUARANTEE
What is the 60-day guarantee? — Use the cushion for up to 60 days from delivery. If it hasn't made sitting more comfortable, email us for a return form and we refund the purchase price.
Who pays return shipping? — You do, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — then we cover it.
How long does a refund take? — Within 7 working days of the returned package reaching our warehouse.
Can I exchange instead? — Yes, within the same 60 days.

What is the cushion made of? — A 3D honeycomb gel core (TPE) in a removable cover with a non-slip base. No foam.
How thick are your cushions? — We make two thicknesses. The Zero Gel+ and Zero Gel Ultima are 2.4 inches (6 cm) deep, for long daily sitting where a thin cushion would compress under you. Our 1-inch cushions are for low-clearance seats such as car, rider and office chairs where 2.4 inches would sit you too high.
Which size do I need? — Measure your seat side to side. Under 19 inches (dining chair, standard wheelchair, car seat): Zero Gel+, 16.5 x 14.5 inches. 20 inches or more (recliner, armchair, wide office chair, sofa, bariatric wheelchair): Zero Gel Ultima, 20 x 20 inches. Exact dimensions and weight for every cushion are listed on its product page.
Is the cover washable? — Yes. Unzip the cover and wash it; the gel core wipes clean with a damp cloth. Follow the care label on your cushion for water temperature.
Will it go flat? — No. The honeycomb returns to full height every time you stand; it holds its shape on day 300 as on day 1.
Is it a medical device? — No. The Zero Cushion is a comfort product and not a substitute for medical advice.
